Application Specialist (For independent contractors)
The Learning Application Specialist PeopleTech configures Learning People Systems, currently Docebo, supporting all modules within the application. The Learning Application Specialist People Tech researches, designs, documents, maintains and implements new functionalities in Learning Application focussing on user experience, and best practises. Responsible for implementing scalable and secure configurations in Docebo along with resolving incidents raised by the Business owners. Proactively monitors new features released by Docedo and identifies and promotes changes to improve System design and user experience.
Core Responsibilities
Solve incidents for People Applications prioritizing based on customer impact
Works on Action Requests prioritizing based on customer impact
Reach out to Product Manager for Critical escalations
Collaborate with the colleagues in Application team, Product team and Tech Solutions
Provide application support to Booking.com for Learning Tech applications
Provide estimation of projects and enhancements for complex configuration changes
Configures business requirements into Docebo configuration and setup in a scalable, easy to use, efficient and secure way.
Prepare Documentation to support Compliance and SOx needs for every change deployed.
Communicate and manage application security breach and prepare RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
Shares knowledge with the team and the business
Communicates with stakeholders on delivery, timelines, risk and impact
Performs unit testing and supports user testing
Builds internal custom reports to support functional projects and team processes
Align with integration team and understand the Integration setup before designing any configuration changes.
End to end ownership of providing solution after doing the risk assessment and checking SOx
impact on People Technology controls
Follows the team working agreements to stay aligned with the team processes
Supports Docebo Releases to understand new features rolling out, checking the impact, identifying new possible enhancements and regression testing for Automatically rolled out features relevant to the Application Team
Explore, research and build new features as a Prototype for business demo.

Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in the People System ecosystem, focused on Workday
Application Skills
Docebo - full understanding of the Docebo application processes and file/data structure.
Technical Skills
Docebo - Power admin level of configuration skils
Understanding of integrations and data flows in and out of Docebo
Understanding of People Technology Landscape
