The Business Operations Associate helps to implement processes and structure to ensure goal achievement and to help the Fintech Products department to run more smoothly. They will support the execution of the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure that it runs effectively and efficiently.

The Business Operations Associate will partner with the different teams within Fintech Products to ensure the right tracking of key initiatives, deliverables and KPIs between the assigned departments.

They will focus to improve: governance, stakeholder management, consistent and centralized communication, support prioritization, reporting of progress and enhance visibility across teams.

The Business Operations Associate will act as a support for the yearly and quarterly planning activities, as well as for the execution of the planned activities on a daily basis to ensure that it runs efficiently and effectively. They also get involved in the end-to-end activities of a project or change management initiatives.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Schedule, plan and execute area level events including (but not limited to) QBRs, All Hands and Planning to align with broader business cadence

- Manage the creation, organization and sharing of materials related to area events to include presentations, memos, etc.

- Own and manage content gathering for area level events

- Work with Directors and Senior Managers to source content, help to apply formatting where needed and create cohesive presentations

- Onsite hosting of events to include liaising with facilities/catering where necessary, ensuring proper setup of AV equipment, ensuring all videos or other materials are working and acting as emcee for events to ensure flow and timing.

- Create timelines and communication plans for all events including internal marketing to ensure people are well prepared, know the value of attending the meeting or event and plan to attend in person where possible.

- Prepare and support communication between Directors and their broader organization by creating summaries of events, Directors focus and other important information and developing internal communication cadence and strategy



SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong verbal and written communication with crisp and business-oriented language; ability to tailor the language to a variety of audiences.

- Service excellence and customer driven mindset

- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal skills

- Effective presentations delivery

- Background in business operations and/or project management

- Fluent in persuasion and always strive to achieve and surpass set objectives

- Practice of working with different stakeholders such as product, tech, operations and others
