The Business Operations Associate is required to support on maintaining and supporting on the hiring tracking and report creations for the Directors and VPs.


The role meets the basic Job Description of the Business Operations Associate Profile, with the focus on the following skills:


1. Sheets mastery and analysis skills - building charts, looking up values, maintaining master data


2. Proactiveness and drive to own the maintenance


The candidate will need to maintain an existing process, providing suggestions for improvements, and ensuring that the reporting and operations of the process are maintained and proactively managed.


Deliverables include:


  • Maintaining the Hiring Masterlist


  • Transitioning to the central FP&A provided report


  • Adapting the Fintech LT weekly hiring status report to pull from the new central report


  • Proactively work with hiring managers, recruitment, HR to get the hiring status maintained


  • Pull and create ad hoc reports to serve cost center owners specific reporting requirements



The candidate would join the existing BusOps team and work alongside the BusOps Senior


Associates in Core Ops and would report into the Senior BusOps Manager. The candidate would buddy up with the person currently doing this task, with the aim to eventually take over the task from them


POSSIBILITY TO WORK FLEXIBLE / REMOTE



2 days per week in office in Amsterdam - ideally Tuesday and Thursday



Medior - 5 years experience or more

  • Proactive, strong sense of ownership


  • Comfortable in data visualization and report building


  • Experience reporting to Senior Stakeholders (Directors, VPs)
