As a Cash & Bank Specialist you will be responsible for carrying out multi-currency bank reconciliations. Dealing with multiple Payment Service Providers to ensure a timely review and reconciliation of bank settlements.


Maintain accurate records for audit purposes and assist the internal and external audit team as required.


Ensuring that business and SOX controls are performed as and when required. Also ensuring that month end reconciliations are performed.


To maintain and reconcile all BTL SAP entities




Key Responsibilities:



  • Reconciliation of PSP settlements


  • Ensuring FEBAN is cleared on a weekly basis


  • Analyse and reconcile any cash and cash equivalent suspense accounts


  • Accurately post all transactions within the company accounts


  • Maintain accurate records for audit purposes and assist with internal and external audit processes where required


  • Ensure month end processes are delivered on time


  • Supporting the wider Finance reporting team on any ad-hoc requirements


  • Undertake any ad-hoc financial tasks as required


  • General office administration


  • Assisting with adhoc banking issues


  • Be responsible to ensure business and SOX controls are performed


  • Work alongside IT to work on long term fixes for current issues


  • Creative thinking to support ideas and innovations to improve our initiatives to be more effective

  • Help to identify areas of improvement, drive innovation and support the team with their ideas

  • Liaise with the Financial Systems team in Amsterdam to ensure changes are tested and deployed


  • Act as a backfill for any backlog on the finance helpdesk

•   Should be persistent and have sense of urgency
