Change Lead (For independent contractors)
Job Summary
The Change Lead is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of change activities that drive successful adoption of transformation initiatives. As part of the agile change team, this role works in close partnership with the Change Manager, transformation leads, agile coaches, learning partners, and business stakeholders to help translate the overall change approach into clear, practical communications, engagement activities, and readiness support.
This role is particularly focused on supporting the communications and engagement side of the transformation. The Change Lead helps shape messages, prepare communication materials, coordinate engagement moments, and support rollout activities across different audience groups so the change is understood, supported, and embedded over time.
The role also supports the Change Manager in senior stakeholder and leadership communications, including preparation for manager and senior leader briefings, information sessions, training-related communications, and follow-up engagement activities. While the Change Manager retains overall ownership of the senior stakeholder approach, the Change Lead plays an important enabling role and may independently lead communications or engagement activities within that plan.

Strong planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with comfort working in ambiguity and fast-changing environments.
