The FinTech Unit
The brand-new FinTech business unit—with teams in Amsterdam and Shanghai—develops products that remove financial friction from the travel process. This makes buying and selling travel-related services simpler for both travelers and partners. With over 300 professionals in tech, the department is growing rapidly. Booking.com is seeking an enthusiastic Conga CLM Professional to join the Center of Excellence (CoE). This role supports an expanding portfolio of automation and makes a tangible impact across the organization. The team operates as an internal service provider, maintaining a high degree of autonomy and entrepreneurship.
The Role: Conga CLM Developer
The Conga CLM Developer is responsible for the development, performance, and scaling of the Conga CMS landscape. Working alongside process analysts and subject matter experts, this individual creates successful automation projects using Conga on the Salesforce platform. They are responsible for making technical decisions and driving end-to-end process automations to deliver stable solutions that meet business requirements and organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Development & Strategy: Rapidly develop smart, scalable, and high-performance automated solutions and define coding standards for Conga and Salesforce.
Lifecycle Management: Lead Conga CLM projects throughout the entire software development life cycle, ensuring all solutions meet governance and security requirements.
Collaboration: Act as an excellent communicator, tackling business problems with both technical and non-technical audiences and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Technical Problem Solving: Address technical challenges during development, particularly regarding cross-platform automation.
Documentation & Innovation: Maintain up-to-date solution design documentation and remain curious about integrating cognitive automation techniques into the existing CMS landscape.
Advocacy: Foster a positive understanding of CMS technology within the organization and actively participate in pipeline creation and prioritization.
Experience & Qualifications
Salesforce Expertise: 5+ years of SFDC development experience, including Apex (classes and triggers) and Visualforce.
Conga Proficiency: At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Conga CLM products and a solid understanding of the Contract Management Lifecycle process.
UI Development: Experience with Custom User Interface development, including Lightning Pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Integrations: Proven ability to use Salesforce APIs and integrate third-party applications like DocuSign and Conga.
Agile Methodology: Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining software within a production-scale Scrum/Agile environment.
Education/Certification: Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer I/II) are considered a significant advantage.
Communication: Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
