Content & Quality Coordinator, Attractions (For independent contractors)

Attractions is a new business dedicated to helping travellers discover and book things to do around the world, from museum tickets, to canal cruises and guided tours. To do this, we need to build a marketplace with the world’s broadest selection of bookable things to do, and effortlessly match the right activity to the right person at the right time. Our goal is to offer travellers the widest choice and the best customer experience, no matter what tour, activity, or attraction they choose.
About the role
The scaling Attractions business is looking for someone who is excited by solving unstructured problems and building the foundation on which we can increase the range of our product offering by tenfold over the next year.
The Operations team is responsible for loading new products on our platform. EThe Content & Quality Coordinator will be responsible for creating products online by processing “raw” products in the pipeline via API from the 3rd party supply on Attractions platform. You will ensure and maintain content quality by following process guidelines.
Your responsibilities
Create new 3rd-party-supply products from the “raw” materials imported via API
Ensure high standard content quality of the created products (taxonomy, location, rates and availability, confusing content etc)
Evaluate product content against policy guidelines - compliance with animal policy, business guidance (instant confirmation, single-day activities..)
Verify that the website has accurate information and content is meaningful
Contribute in the preparation of operational planning and projects.
Working with Product team reporting bugs and assisting in creating new tools
Your skills and experience
Experience working with the Attractions products
High attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks0
Ability to evaluate content critically (to ID errors, confusing content etc)
Good judgment required to interpret and apply guidelines in setting up a product (taxonomy, location, compliance with policies etc)
Proactive, sense of responsibility and can work independently
Quick and resourceful, flexible
Team player, motivated; positive attitude
Fluent English speaker and writer; any additional language knowledge is a plus
Affinity/experience within e-travel and/or hotel/travel industry is a plus;
