This role is part of the Content Experience team within the Digital Partner Ecosystem (DPE) department. DPE focuses on digitally managing Booking.com’s global accommodation partner base, and ultimately empowers these partners to operationally run their business and discover commercial growth opportunities.


This role involves the end-to-end creation of Partner Facing Content, based on strategic narratives and distributed across various touchpoints. This includes landing pages, blog articles, video scripts, emails and social media posts. The Content Writer will collaborate closely with the Content Design and Content Operations teams.



The ideal candidate is comfortable working at a fast pace to deliver compelling narratives and assets for Booking.com's accommodation audience. They must be able to seamlessly switch between brainstorming and drafting engaging content, while also ensuring the final delivery is accurate, legally compliant, and partner-centric.


Key Responsibilities:


Content Creation & Execution:


  • Rapidly interpret creative briefs to generate a high volume of quality copy, consistently meeting tight deadlines.


  • Demonstrate expert-level writing, seamlessly adapting style and format across diverse channels and audiences (including large integrated marketing campaigns).


  • Lead the development of commercial and strategic documentation and assets.


  • Conceptualize creative narratives and campaigns specifically tailored for accommodation partners (B2B audiences).


  • Ensure all content adheres to the Booking.com brand tone of voice, style guide, brand experience, and overarching content strategy, maintaining high-quality principles.


Strategy & Impact:


  • Connect business objectives with resonant narratives for B2B audiences.


  • Contribute to strategic content proposals informed by audience needs and insights.


  • Utilize data, research, and insights to continuously evolve assets and tactics.


  • Drive continuous learning through experimentation and hypothesis-driven work.


  • Champion the impact of content and storytelling on overall business performance.


Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring their active engagement throughout the writing process.

Required Skills and Experience:


  • Content Expertise (5+ years): Proven, hands-on writing experience in a multinational B2B context, specifically creating digital assets such as blogs, guides, emails, and banners.


  • Language Fluency: Native-level English proficiency with flawless British English spelling.


  • Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio showcasing strong writing skills.


  • Familiarity with using Figma or other design tools to produce content for prototypes, landing pages, and templates.


  • Technically savvy with a strong understanding of digital products and services.


  • GenAI Proficiency: Experience using Generative AI for ideation, editing, and refining AI-produced outputs.


  • Modular Content Focus: Expertise in developing content for templates and modules to ensure reusability and consistency across various touchpoints.
