Contingent Internal Recruitment Partner (For temp workers)
The Contingent Internal Recruitment Partner is a key, execution-driven role focused on facilitating internal mobility during periods of high-volume hiring across both tech and non-tech functions.
Reporting to an Internal Recruitment Manager, this position requires a strong focus on results, collaboration, and impact. The role is responsible for driving the internal hiring process in compliance with policy and ensuring an excellent experience for all internal candidates.
This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong eye for detail and process adherence.
Key Responsibilities and Scope:
End-to-End Process Management: Execute the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a world-class experience for a high volume of internal candidates.
Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and interview teams to achieve successful hiring outcomes.
Focus Area: Manage roles and career levels ranging from A to H.
Compliance: Uphold and govern all relevant compliance and policy standards.
Role Type: This is an individual contributor, operational role.
Work Style: Works effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Owns end-to-end recruiting delivery for assigned roles, ensuring high-quality candidate supply and timely progress across multiple requisitions.
Partners closely with Hiring Managers, Senior Recruiters and HRA partners to meet hiring targets and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Delivers a first-class candidate experience, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the process.
Proactively tracks progress against hiring goals and uses data to identify gaps and adjust sourcing tactics.
Acts as a brand ambassador, promoting Booking.com’s culture and opportunities to attract diverse, high-quality candidates.
Partners with recruiters and hiring teams to manage candidate pipelines from sourcing through to offer stage.
Ensures compliance with all relevant hiring policies and labor regulations.
Knowledge and skills
Experience: 3–5 years in high-volume recruitment or sourcing (agency or in-house), ideally within fast-paced, tech-driven environments. Experience in internal recruitment is a plus.
Recruitment Scope: Demonstrated experience sourcing for a diverse range of roles, including both technical (e.g., engineering, data, product) and non-technical (e.g., operations, marketing, customer experience) positions.
Delivery & Execution: Proven track record of successfully managing multiple requisitions and delivering results against tight timelines.
Mindset: A data-driven approach, utilizing metrics and insights to optimize delivery and clearly demonstrate impact.
