Designer II

We are looking to hire a product designer (UX II - mid to senior level) for a 3-week contract.

In October, our team will complete the ideation phase and define 3 to 5 new journey and service concepts for high-value partners (HVP). The hired UX designer will then create medium-fidelity visual designs based on these concepts.

These visuals will be presented to selected internal stakeholder and high-value partners to gather feedback, which will be used to validate our recommendations and shape our 2025 roadmap.

Job to be done:

• Determine the type of prototype needed (e.g., low-fidelity wireframes, clickable prototypes, physical mock-ups)

  
  

• Help define the scope and objectives of the prototype

  
  

• Develop initial sketches or designs based on user needs and project requirements

  
  

• Create digital (or physical) prototypes using appropriate tools and materials

  
  

• Share questions and hypotheses to test if the design meets partner expectations

• Help document key findings and insights from partner interviews
