Join Booking.com’s Performance Creatives team to create high-quality, performance-driven digital assets for global marketing channels. This is a hands-on role for a designer who combines strong craft with speed, structure, and curiosity.

You will work platform-first, using data, trends, and creative judgment to shape assets that are visually strong, on-brand, and designed to perform. You will create motion and graphic assets for platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and App Stores, helping Booking.com reach customers across more than 100 markets. You will also use AI-assisted workflows, automation, and templated systems to accelerate ideation, versioning, localization, and production at scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality digital assets for paid social, digital marketing, and app store channels to drive bookings and app downloads.

  • Develop platform-first creatives tailored to channel formats, audience behaviour, and creative best practices.

  • Use AI-enabled tools and automation workflows to speed up ideation, asset variation, versioning, and production.

  • Build and improve repeatable workflows for localisation, templating, design systems, and scalable delivery across markets and formats.

  • Respond to creative briefs with clear, effective design solutions that balance creative ambition with platform and brand constraints.

  • Apply strong design judgment to refine AI-generated or templated outputs into high-quality, on-brand creative.

  • Use testing learnings, competitor reviews, customer insight, and performance signals to evolve creative work over time.

  • Work efficiently under tight timelines, proactively seek feedback, and collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers, brand teams, product partners, and other creatives to deliver cohesive campaign assets.

  • Contribute to design libraries, components, templates, and production standards that improve team efficiency and quality.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Consistently delivering high-quality creative that is on-brand, platform-right, and ready to perform.

  • Helping the team move faster by using AI-enabled tools, automation, and scalable workflows thoughtfully.

  • Supporting efficient delivery across multiple formats, placements, and markets without compromising quality.

  • Bringing strong design judgment to briefs to produce clear and effective creative with minimal rework.

  • Actively improving creative output by responding to feedback, testing learnings, platform shifts, and customer insight.

  • Contributing to a more scalable creative system through better templates, libraries, components, and ways of working.

  • Being a collaborative and reliable partner who helps move projects forward with pace, clarity, and a positive mindset.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in digital design, motion design, or performance creative production.

  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and After Effects, including the AI scalability and editing functions within these platforms.

  • Experience creating assets for digital advertising and social media channels.

  • A strong eye for composition, motion, storytelling, and platform-native creative.

  • Experience using AI tools for creative ideation, production support, or workflow acceleration.

  • Ability to evaluate and improve AI outputs using design judgment rather than relying on them at face value.

  • Experience working with templates, components, plugins, or automation workflows to support delivery at scale.

Core Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.

  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and respond quickly to feedback.

  • Fluency in English is required.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with large localisation workflows or high-volume creative production.

  • Familiarity with design systems and scalable asset governance.

  • Experience with UX principles.
