The Digital Platform Experience Specialist will own digital projects/tasks, with a strong focus on testing for quality control according to team standards, and agreed upon acceptance criteria and deadlines. This role requires incredible attention to detail, a strong technical background, but also effective communication and stakeholder management skills to be able to work across teams of varied technical knowledge.



The goal of the Digital Platform Experience Specialist is to support the day to day backlog execution and share responsibility for testing of Partner Hub and Chatbot features, as well as A/B experiments, identifying and mitigating potential issues before deployment, ensuring a seamless user experience for our partners visiting the platform and maintaining our quality standards.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Execution: Collaborate with members of the Digital Platform Experience team and our Vendors to understand requirements and functionalities for projects and features, allowing you to:


  • Conduct regular analysis of Chat scenarios/questions to validate quality of output and be able to troubleshoot for better partner experience.


  • Setup A/B tests in our tooling (A/B tasty and possibly Salesforce), and conduct quality control checks on those before they can be set live.


  • Validate bug reports and test new features for our CMS (Drupal) as part of our QA and acceptance process.


  • Assist in the continuous improvement of the testing process and strategies.



  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Platform Experience team and Vendor(s) to ensure timely execution of deliverables, while fostering a collaborative supportive environment.


  • Stakeholder Engagement: Prepare and present reports and updates as needed to ensure key stakeholders are up to date resulting in smooth collaboration. Participate in team meetings to present progress and get/give support on blockers.


  • Quality Assurance: Identify, document, and track platform issues and inconsistencies using our bug tracking system(s). Identification regularly involves processing partner feedback (with the support of language models).


  • Documentation: Maintain the platform documentation with adjustments reflecting changes to features as well as additions.




Requirements:



  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital/web development field, looking after delivery of features/products with a strong focus on quality control (ensuring products and services meet certain standards and specifications)


  • Good understanding of content management systems (preferably Drupal)


  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills


  • Analytical thinking and a problem solving mindset


  • A keen eye for detail is critical to identifying defects and ensuring compliance with standards


  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed


  • Experience working in cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality within the organization
