Job Summary

The EX Research Admin is responsible for enabling the smooth delivery of employee listening and research operations across Booking.com and Booking Holdings brands.

This role will lead the operational administration and vendor coordination of Glint, ensuring high-quality survey delivery across brands and acting as the main point of contact for survey setup, platform support, and issue resolution.

In addition, this role will help evolve how the survey landscape operates by identifying and implementing smarter, more scalable ways of working, with a strong focus on AI-enabled improvements, operational excellence, and knowledge management.

To succeed, this person will work closely with People Analytics, Employee Listening, Internal Communications, Legal, Procurement, and stakeholders across Booking.com and other Booking Holdings brands to deliver efficient operations and high-quality research outcomes that support business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the operational administration of Glint and act as the primary internal point of contact for platform-related questions, survey setup, and support.

  • Coordinate end-to-end operational setup for key employee listening programmes, including the H2 BKNG survey and YourView initiatives across brands.

  • Partner with brand representatives and internal stakeholders to run readiness calls, manage setup requirements, and ensure high-quality survey delivery.

  • Manage Glint support tickets and coordinate with external vendor partners to resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.

  • Support vendor management activities related to employee listening and research tooling, including vendor scans, procurement processes, implementation support, and ongoing relationship management.

  • Maintain knowledge of research operations standards, data protection requirements, and privacy regulations, including GDPR and other relevant frameworks.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong experience in qualitative and quantitative research operations, survey operations, project coordination, project management or a related field.

  • Experience working with survey platforms such as Glint, Qualtrics, or similar tools.

  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and with external vendors.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear stakeholder-facing materials.

  • Interest in improving operations through automation, AI, and smarter ways of working.

  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

  • Knowledge of research governance, participant privacy, and data protection requirements.

Why this role matters

This role is critical to ensuring the Employee Listening function operates smoothly, scales effectively across brands, and continues to evolve through better tooling, stronger processes, and AI-enabled innovation.
