Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Coordinator to join our Global Leadership Recruitment team in Manchester.

This is a highly visible, fast-paced, and rewarding role that combines operational excellence with stakeholder partnership and candidate care.

You’ll act as the coordination expert and operational backbone of the executive recruitment process, ensuring flawless execution from first interaction to offer stage. You’ll also lead process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

Key Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Coordinate complex, multi-stage interview processes for senior and executive candidates, across multiple time zones.

  • Act as a trusted partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to ensure a seamless candidate journey.

  • Manage interview scheduling, logistics, travel, and visa arrangements for executive-level candidates.

  • Prepare interview materials, facilitate debriefs, and ensure timely and complete feedback in the ATS (iCIMS).

  • Maintain 100% data accuracy and compliance across all systems and reporting dashboards.

  • Identify and drive process improvements that simplify workflows and enhance candidate and stakeholder experience.

  • Contribute to global strategic projects in collaboration with the Leadership Recruitment and RC Leadership teams.

  • Represent Booking.com values in every interaction, fostering inclusion, collaboration, and excellence.

Role Qualifications and Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination, executive assistant, or a similar operational support role — ideally in a multinational or fast-paced global environment.

  • Deep understanding of interview scheduling and candidate management within a large-scale recruiting operation.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities independently.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable regularly engaging with senior executive stakeholders.

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably iCIMS) and Google Workspace for interview scheduling across global timezones.

  • A natural collaborator who enjoys improving processes and helping others succeed.

  • Passion for delivering world-class candidate experience and operational excellence.
