The Global Senior Change and Implementation Specialist is responsible for rolling out changes to our Partner Services organization of 3000+ people. The Change and Implementation Specialist is at the center of global initiated changes focused on ensuring the changes land properly and are sustained with our internal staff, ultimately helping our accommodation partners. The role works closely with various central teams on a wide variety of changes such as product roll outs, process improvements to frameworks that drive the performance of our people. At the same time, the role collaborates with our local teams around the globe.



Key Responsibilities


  • Driving changes to meet organizational strategic goals through effective management of change


  • Create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption of change and minimize resistance


  • Coach and develop their team of Change and Implementation Specialists


  • Work across silos, connect the work of disparate groups to ensure change timing, understanding and contention are managed


  • Build consensus around best practices in change management


  • Continuously drive initiatives to improve the implementation processes for PS


  • Work with the various implementation teams across the company to align on processes we follow & optimize together


  • Execution of global large scale initiatives/changes;


  • Take ownership, entrepreneurial, pro-active with positive attitude;


  • Ability to operate in a fast paced and dynamic environment; willing to roll up one's sleeves and get work done.


  • Demonstrated success in leading through influence


  • Excellent influencer with the ability to identify and lead stakeholder groups


  • Expert organizational, interpersonal, communication and networking skills.


  • Line manage coach and develop implementation specialists (1-3 direct reports) in their planning, building and delivering their programme/projects.





Requirements of special knowledge/skills


  • Bachelor degree


  • Experience must include significant work with senior leadership on change management.


  • Strong understanding of Change Management methodologies, Release Management & Implementation Management.
