Inbound Sourcer (For temp workers)
This role is responsible for screening all direct applicants and acting as the first point of contact for passive candidates in the recruitment process for roles with a high volume of applicants. The Inbound Sourcer will facilitate a world-class candidate experience by conducting a key part of the recruitment process and is an expert on inbound trends and channels to talent, educating your hiring community (Recruiters and Hiring Managers) on key challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Understand the role, priorities and needs of the team and create an inbound sourcing strategy to attract the right talent.
Work closely with Recruiters and other Sourcers to build and leverage pipelines, for short to long term hiring needs.
Serve as the inbound experts of the team, reporting on trends and proposing solutions to identified issues.
Learn the profiles within the respective business function, to help with matching candidates with the appropriate opportunities.
Post and maintain jobs through internal and external career sites and job boards.
Source active candidates from our ATS and internal CV database, boolean search, employee referrals, online databases, social networking sites, events and external websites.
Act as a first line ambassador to potential candidates, by filtering, screening and actively engaging talent in the job market.
Phone screen candidates for hard skills and soft skills, availability, interest level, salary, relocation needs and compatibility with Booking.com's values.
Manage online assessment process (language tests, software skills and coding tests)
Accurately report and track candidate data (as requested)
Requirements of special knowledge/skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills and high level of attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and great follow-through on tasks
Ability to meet deadlines and project manage sourcing priorities as needed
Self starter with incredible work ethic and team first mentality, as well as strong ownership and accountability in delivery.
