Ivalua Functional Consultant (For independent contractors)

Responsibility

• Own the functional design for global rollouts of Sourcing, Contract Management (S2C), and Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P).

  
  

• Lead workshops with global stakeholders and translate requirements into high-quality Functional Specification Documents (ERDs).

  
  

• Partner with Product Manager to define project scope

  
  

• Define the testing strategy, manage UAT cycles, and secure stakeholder sign‑offs.

  
  

• Lead migration strategy planning, testing and execution

  
  

• Ensure seamless functional integration between Ivalua workflows and our core SAP S/4HANA/ECC landscape.

  
  

• Deliver Project on time

  
  

Skills Requirement

• Experience: 5–7 years of hands-on Ivalua experience, including at least two full-cycle global implementations in a lead/architect role.

  
  

• Certification: Ivalua L3 Functional Certification in P2P and S2C.

  
  

• Advanced SQL proficiency 

  
  

• Deep understanding of the end‑to‑end S2C and P2P lifecycle (Sourcing, Contracting, SRM, Purchasing, Invoices).

  
  

• Proven experience in Ivalua PBI module

  
  

• Ability to quickly grasp detailed processes while managing multiple priorities in a fast‑turnaround environment.

  
  

• Experience with SAP MM and SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) is an advantage.

  
  

• Strong at collecting business requirements and translating them into clear deliverables for technical consultants, including hands-on experience in preparing functional specifications, technical specifications, and leading testing/UAT. 

  
  

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

  
  

• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

  
  

• Organized, flexible, proactive, and result‑oriented.
