We are seeking an Ivalua Techno-Functional Specialist to bridge business strategy and technical architecture for our Ivalua Buyer ecosystem within our fast-growing FinTech unit. In this role, you will lead end-to-end Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions—driving requirement gathering, hands-on module configuration, ERP integrations, and ongoing platform governance.



Additionally, you will advance our digital procurement roadmap by leveraging Ivalua IVA (Intelligent Virtual Assistant), IVA Studio, and Generative AI integrations to optimize workflows, automate contract and invoice processing, and streamline user intake.



Key Responsibilities


  • Techno-Functional Delivery: Lead business requirement workshops; translate business needs into Functional and Technical Specification Documents ; and execute hands-on configuration across S2C and P2P modules.



  • AI & Low-Code Innovation: Utilize IVA Studio for low-code customizations. Implement Ivalua IVA features and evaluate Generative AI applications.



  • Enterprise Integrations & SQL Engineering: Design, build, and support integration pipelines (APIs, REST/SOAP, ETL, EAI, SFTP, cXML, EDI, JSON) connecting Ivalua with ERPs (SAP ECC/S4HANA/Oracle Fusion, etc) and middleware (MuleSoft). Apply Advanced SQL for backend troubleshooting, dataset modeling, and complex reporting.



  • Roadmap, Upgrades & Governance: Partner with Product Managers to validate product roadmaps. Lead R&D updates, version upgrades, branch management, and IT General Controls audit compliance.



  • Support & Engineering Leadership: Deliver L2/L3 support and critical bug fixes, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), perform peer configuration reviews, and mentor team members using engineering best practices.



Qualifications & Requirements


Ivalua Certifications (Mandatory):


  • Ivalua L3 Functional Certification in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C).


  • Ivalua L3 Technical / Integration Certification (API, EAI, ETL).


SQL & Integration Expertise:


  • Advanced Level SQL proficiency (complex queries, performance tuning, data migration, and backend troubleshooting).


  • Hands-on experience with integration protocols (APIs, SOAP/REST, cXML, EDI) and enterprise backends (SAP MM, SAP VIM, S/4HANA, MuleSoft).


Experience & Track Record:


  • 5+ years of hands-on Ivalua techno-functional configuration, integration engineering, and live support.


  • At least 3 full-lifecycle end-to-end Ivalua implementation cycles.


  • Modern Procurement Tech: Practical knowledge or strong familiarity with IVA Studio, Ivalua IVA, and applying Gen AI models.


  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical designs and present to cross-functional stakeholders.
