Legal Counsel (For independent contractors)
Please note, this is a 3-month assignment for freelancers.
The pay rate is 60-120 EUR/hour.
Booking.com is looking for a Legal Counsel, who will join the procurement legal team.
Be a member of the Legal Team that assesses risks, ensures compliance and protects the company from any legal challenge.
Requirements:
As a hands on Commercial Legal Counsel you have at least 3-5 years work experience in commercial law (especially procurement) and privacy law.
The Legal Counsel Procurement should be able to quickly understand the main business issues, and find creative ideas to service high volumes in a fast paced environment.
Legal Counsel Procurement should be a real team player and great communicator who can easily adapt to change and have the ability to advise on legal issues with efficiency and pragmatism.
Master’s degree
Responsibilities:
The role will be responsible for covering day to day matters coming from Procurement and the wider business at Booking.com.
The role will be reporting to the Senior Managing Counsel of Procurement.
The role will help with negotiating low risk low complexity contracts and advise the business on any commercial legal related matters.
