Legal Implementation Consultant (For independent contractors)

We are seeking a highly skilled and system-oriented Legal Implementation Consultant to lead the end-to-end implementation and integration of our legal tech stack. The primary objective is to establish two new legal tools: Streamline (our legal intake tool) as our centralized "Legal Center of Everything," and Juro (our contract management tool). The tools need to be properly set up, as well as being connected with each other and other critical enterprise systems, such as Close (CRM system), ServiceNow (used for Compliance tickets), OneTrust (Privacy documentation tool), Jira, Airtable, Slack and GSuite.

The ideal candidate brings a unique blend of technical systems architecture, workflow automation expertise, and a deep understanding of corporate legal, privacy, and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Streamline:

- Lead the design and implementation of complex workflows within Streamline, including Privacy Intake, DPIA/LIA triggering, RFPs, general legal queries, approvals, escalations, and SLA reporting.

- Define precise workflow ownership, routing rules, approval matrices, and SLAs across the legal function.

- Operationalize Streamline as our primary privacy risk management platform, establishing tracking for risk identification, assessments, remediation, and trend analysis.

- Design and deploy a Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) workflow to track regulatory intake, obligations, impact assessments, evidence collection, and readiness status.

- Build out seamless integration points and data mappings between Streamline and enterprise tools with the other dedicated teams, including Juro, ServiceNow (Compliance), Gmail, Airtable, Slack, Jira, OneTrust, and our CRM.

- Assess, design, and implement the functional architecture between Streamline and Juro, including the recommended source-of-truth model for intake, approvals, contract generation, contract metadata, matter tracking, reporting, and audit history.

- Design and implement the Legal Data & Reporting Architecture within Streamline.

- Develop a comprehensive work categorization taxonomy and system integration reporting framework.

- Create executive dashboards providing a holistic, single-source-of-truth view into Legal, Privacy, and Compliance activities and overall risk posture.

Juro:

- Design and implement FareHarbor’s newly procured CLM platform, Juro, including templates, intake logic, approval workflows, permissions, playbooks, fallback language, clause libraries, metadata, reporting, and post-signature management. Ensure Juro supports scalable self-service contracting, legal review where needed, clear approval gates, auditability, and integration with Streamline and other business systems.

- Build out seamless integration points and data mappings between Juro and Streamline and other relevant enterprise tools (e.g. Catylex)..

Experience & Qualifications:

- Experience: Proven track record of leading complex enterprise legal technology implementations, specifically legal intake, matter management, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools.

- Technical Integration Skills: Deep expertise in configuring integrations, webhooks, and data flows between diverse platforms (e.g., connecting legal tech to Jira, ServiceNow, Salesforce/CRMs, and communication tools like Slack/Gmail).

- Domain Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of legal, privacy, and compliance operations, including risk assessment frameworks, DPIA/LIA processes, and regulatory obligation tracking.

- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong capabilities in data architecture, taxonomy design, and building executive-level analytics dashboards.

- Project Leadership: Exceptional project management skills with the ability to define processes, map workflows, and manage cross-functional stakeholders independently.
