You will directly coach and mentor senior leadership on behavioral shifts and mindset changes, while simultaneously upskilling Agile Coaches to ensure long-term operational maturity and capability building.

Responsibility:

  • Take ownership of the centrally defined Agile transformation roadmap and drive its end-to-end implementation within a specific business unit, ensuring all must-haves are met within the time given.

  • Executes the established training curriculum for the ELT, delivering high-impact modules focused on enterprise agility and strategic leadership behaviors.

  • Facilitates these targeted sessions to align executive decision-making with agile principles, ensuring a consistent leadership approach across the entire organization.

  • Upskill and mentor the department’s Agile Coaches, taking accountability for the high performance and output of the transformation team while providing the advanced guidance necessary to build long-term operational maturity and self-sufficiency.

  • Provides strategic coaching and just-in-time training to C-level and ELT members on agile mindsets and leadership behaviors.

  • Focuses on shifting executive decision-making and system-level thinking to eliminate organizational bottlenecks.

  • Enables enterprise-level agility by partnering with top leadership to model an adaptive, empowered culture.

  • Partner with the Change Manager to resolve departmental blockers and ensure the local Agile Way of Working remains fully aligned with the central program.

  • Enables portfolio-level agility by guiding senior leadership in agile quarterly and annual planning, OKR alignment, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination.

  • Facilitates leadership offsites, workshops, and systemic design activities (e.g., team topology design, governance model evolution) that reinforce agile principles and adaptive structures.

  • Advises senior stakeholders on new governance, funding, and operating models that support lean delivery, fast feedback, and autonomous decision-making.

  • Partners with Agile Coaches and ELT to bridge strategic intent with execution, helping teams align around shared outcomes and scalable practices.

  • Establishes metrics and feedback loops at the executive level to measure transformation progress and surface organizational impediments.

  • Builds psychological safety and trust with leadership through empathy, strong facilitation, and emotionally intelligent communication that challenges and supports growth.

  • Brings thought leadership and real-world experience from multiple large-scale transformations to guide systemic change across the enterprise.
