The Lead Marketing - Partner Content position is responsible for the design and delivery of content strategies for business partner audiences , as a key component of our holistic B2B marketing communications.


This role turns business priorities and needs into strong content strategies that contribute to positive growth across brand perception.


This role delivers content strategies at a global scale across a variety of partner audiences, building strong relationships with key contacts in the Accommodations Business Unit, and other partner verticals, in order to do so.


This role ensures close alignment with key stakeholders, including communications managers, product marketing managers and channel owners, to ensure the delivery of compelling content that effectively lands partner narratives, key messages and adheres to our tone of voice and visual guidelines.


The content strategies for which this role is responsible include a variety of content formats (including, but not limited to, written content, video content and social media content).




Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and oversee execution of B2B content marketing strategies, including the creation of content, for key business partner audiences (supply, demand, technology and/or industry)


  • Translate business priorities and needs into strong content marketing strategies that contribute to positive growth across brand perception and commercial performance metrics, as well as “means to an end” channel metrics including reach and engagement


  • Work with key stakeholders, including communications managers, product marketing managers and channel owners, and AI tools to ensure the delivery of compelling content that effectively lands partner narratives, key messages and adheres to our tone of voice and visual guidelines


  • Own and prioritise a content backlog, ensuring close alignment with our Partner & Industry communications priorities


  • Demonstrate effective and efficient stakeholder management across teams and departments, building strong relationships with key contacts in the Accommodations Business Unit, other partner verticals, and the Marketing Department


  • Demonstrate a data-driven approach to all content strategy development


  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of content strategies and tactics across perception and performance metrics


  • Act as guardian of our content marketing strategies and delivery, ensuring proper adherence across partner-facing channels and touchpoints


  • Maintain and strengthen stakeholder relationships and rhythms related to B2B content across the business



Requirements of special knowledge/skills


  • 5+ years in a relevant content strategy or content marketing role in a company with a global footprint, ideally at headquarters.


  • Proven track record in developing, executing and evaluating content marketing strategies, plans, and activities across a variety of channels


  • Ability to translate data, including marketing research, into strategic content solutions


  • Experience thriving in a complex multi-stakeholder environment


  • Experience measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of content across perception and behavioural metrics


  • Experience with AI tooling for content creation


  • Experience with copyediting, including for SEO and GEO


  • Fluent in English
