Process owner (For contingent workers)

The Process Owner is part of a finance operations team and within that team responsible to drive process innovations. This requires taking end to end ownership, working with different departments and gaining commitment from people to their project.

The process owner will also represent the team towards internal stakeholders to see how their product can support the process for which he/she is responsible. They drive process optimization, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Due to the rapid and continuous growth of the organization, the tasks and duties of this role may evolve over time. You will be keen to develop and grow within the role and to take on additional challenges and responsibilities as they occur.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Initiate and drive innovations on finance processes

  
  

• Maintain business partner relationships with product teams to continuously understand their needs for finance capabilities and operations.

  
  

• Embed scalable processes which align with the needs of product teams while understanding how this impacts SOx & compliance

  
  

• Align product roadmaps with internal team priorities

  
  

• Maintain relationships with external third party vendors if required for the finance process

  
  

• Support the Team Lead / Manager Finance operations in achieving departmental goals, quality controls and strategy

The payrate for independent contractors is 20-58 EUR/hr.
