The goal of the Partner Research Recruitment team (part of the Research Operations) is to deliver partner insights that enable decisions to drive partner engagement and business growth. This is achieved through applying market research methodologies like remote and face-to-face interviews, focus groups, online surveys, etc. The Research Recruitment Coordinator will have a supporting role and will primarily be responsible for successfully identifying, inviting, and scheduling Booking.com accommodation partners (hoteliers) for participation in research sessions (market research recruitment) and also for data coordination tasks. The research sessions will be conducted by researchers with the aim to collect partners’ feedback on their experiences and to pass it to product teams, which can in their turn, work on improving Booking.com tools and services (based on the feedback received). To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to persuade partners to participate in our research studies, while maintaining a professional Booking.com tone of voice and further strengthening our existing relationship. A measure of success will be a number of the partners (eligible for a certain research project) recruited per week.
