We are looking for a contractor Researcher at Level F to support high-priority partner research initiatives, with a strong emphasis on analysis, reporting, and vendor-supported project delivery.

In this role, the contractor will be expected to independently analyse survey data, turn results into clear reporting for stakeholders, and help drive actionable recommendations based on high-value partner feedback. A key part of the role is delivering strong analytical output while also collaborating closely with the Research Manager to kick off and coordinate Partner CUJOs projects with external vendors.

The ideal contractor combines solid mixed-methods research foundations with particularly strong quantitative analysis and reporting skills. They should be comfortable working with survey data, identifying meaningful patterns, synthesising findings into a clear story, and supporting research execution across both internal and vendor-led workstreams.

Responsibilities

- Own analysis and reporting for high-value partner survey work, including cleaning, reviewing, synthesising, and interpreting results.

- Translate survey findings into clear, concise, stakeholder-ready reporting with practical recommendations.

- Support the Research Manager & Sr. Researcher in kicking off Partner CUJOs projects with external vendors, including helping clarify scope, research needs, deliverables, and timelines.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure research outputs are relevant, well-structured, and delivered on time.

- Work across quantitative and qualitative inputs where needed, but with primary focus on analytical delivery and insight generation.

- Connect survey findings with broader business context and partner needs to support prioritisation and decision-making.

-Help ensure research outputs are actionable and clearly communicated to Product, Design, Commercial, and other relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- 3–5 years of research delivery in an agency, consultancy, or in-house environment.

- Strong experience analysing survey data and creating clear, decision-useful reports.

- Strong quantitative research and data analysis skills; experience with research analytics tooling is a strong advantage.

- Data analytics skills are a strong asset, especially the ability to work confidently with datasets, identify patterns, and communicate findings in a structured way.

- Ability to work independently while partnering closely with a Research Manager and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Strong project management and coordination skills, especially when working with external research vendors.

- Exceptional data visualisation and storytelling skills, including the ability to turn complex findings into clear, compelling narratives for non-research audiences.

- Degree in psychology, behavioural sciences, HCI, economics, statistics, social sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
