Core Expertise:


  • Marketing Cloud Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including its various studios and builders.


  • SQL Knowledge: Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation, querying, and management within SFMC.


  • Automation: Capability to create, manage, and troubleshoot automation processes within SFMC.


  • Journey Building: Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing customer journeys using Journey Builder.


  • Data Modelling & Data Cloud: Expertise in structuring and managing data models to support marketing campaigns and personalization.



Key Responsibilities:



Creating Data Flows:


  • Design and implement data integration flows between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other clouds or external systems.


  • Ensure seamless and secure data transfer and synchronization.



HTML & CSS for Email and Cloud Pages:


  • Develop and customize email templates and cloud pages using HTML and CSS.


  • Ensure responsive and visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines.



Setting Up an SFMC Preference Center:


  • Build and configure a preference center in SFMC to manage customer preferences and consent.


  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.



Support in Campaign Execution:


  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns within SFMC.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success.



Troubleshooting Current SFMC Campaigns & Automations:


  • Identify and resolve issues in existing campaigns and automation workflows.


  • Provide timely support to maintain campaign effectiveness and performance.



Delivering on Documentation:


  • Create comprehensive documentation for processes, configurations, and workflows within SFMC.


  • Maintain up-to-date records to support knowledge sharing and continuity.

The maximum rate for independent contractors is between 40-95 EUR an hour.
