The Senior Business Operations Associate helps to implement structure and processes to ensure that the Fintech Business Unit runs smoothly and achieves its goals. They are responsible for coordinating the execution of the day-to-day operations of a business (organization, department, area, function).



The Senior Business Operations Associate will partner with different teams in Fintech to ensure the tracking of key initiatives, deliverables, and KPIs within the department. They will also support the adoption of Company wide processes within Fintech (eg. Planning, Budget, and Workforce tracking).



Key Responsibilities




Process Excellence


  • Support the scoping, design, and execution of processes and key initiatives to run the business and increase efficiency and productivity.


  • Support the workforce planning process within Fintech by working closely with each track and with FP&A for budget definition and resource allocation.



Performance management


  • Implement the measurement, reporting, and analysis of performance, creating and automating reporting and performing analysis where possible.



Stakeholder management:


  • Act as a central point of contact for Workforce Management in Fintech and drive the adoption of standardized processes across the department.


  • Ability to influence up to and productively interact with Director level.





Requirements of Special Knowledge/Skills


  • Min. 5 years of experience

  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheet user with an ability to handle messy data and create dashboards that people actually use.


  • Be able to “see the story” in the numbers.


  • Highly organized and structured in order to make sure all processes run smoothly and in a reliable and accurate manner.


  • Strong interpersonal skills focused on collaboration. Ability to hold people responsible and accountable for deadlines.


  • Skilled communicator with an ability to break up a complex problem into actionable and easy to understand solutions.


  • Proactively identify challenges/ opportunities and recommend solutions/ actions.


  • General understanding of project management / change management approaches.
