As a Senior Change Communication Specialist, you are responsible for providing robust and compelling communication plans and initiatives to support the landing and embedding change projects and programmes in order to support Booking.com Partner Services.



You bring proven employee communication experience, supporting change owners and collaborating with Change Specialists to deliver innovative and engaging communication across a global multi-office environment.



In your role, you will be passionate about developing and executing communication plans that will translate specific business changes and priorities into creative and engaging communication strategies and tools, tailored for the employee and helping to bring the unique culture of Booking.com to all offices.



You will share your knowledge and experience with the team members and help them to develop and grow in their roles.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the development of change communications strategy to maximise LPS understanding and absorption of the changes


  • Develop and deliver creative, engaging, effective and impactful communication plans to LPS on change projects/programmes utilising a breadth of channels, which are appropriate to engage and communicate with the audience, in a timely, consistent and relevant way


  • Consider and select appropriate channels for high levels of engagement for different audience groups, recommend revisions, new innovative tools or additions as required


  • Works closely with the Change Specialists and the Change Comms Lead to ensure joined-up messaging and timing


  • Support the production of change communication collateral, including newsletters, fact sheets, FAQs, Web and social media sites, and events for employees and stakeholders


  • Actively source, measure and present employee feedback in your team, lps enablement and to (local) management in order to increase impact and engagement


  • Champion effective, conscious change communication and drive best practice standards across all communication activities


  • Constantly measure and re-calibrate communication activities for impact and engagement


Requirements:

  • Experience in internal/change communications, working in teams, preferably in a fast moving, global industry


  • Experience in developing and executing communication strategies and plans



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, together with strong copywriting skills in English (preferably native)


  • Strong organisational and project management skills


  • Ability to translate business strategies into practical solutions that optimise communication channels


  • Ability to build strong communication strategies tailored to the audience


  • Ability to influence and align stakeholders and define clear goals and progress


  • Ability to work independently to plan and prioritise workload in line with business needs


  • Strong employee experience focus and proactive attitude
