To be responsible for the implementation of Learning & Development Content/Curation aligned to Digital & Technology requirements outlined in the O&ES Business Partner account plans and within the content, curation and digital design strategy.



This role will partner with the Learning Business Partners, , HRA, LX Program Specialists, internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure all Learning and Development content and curation requests are fulfilled. with a facilitation delivery aspect if required.




Key Responsibilities.


  • To be responsible for the development and implementation of the departmental content & curation in line with the learner experience standards, business needs/impact and as determined by the overall Learning and development strategy. We’re the need arises you may have to facilitate or co-facilitate with a vendor on some learning interventions.

  • To create and use the appropriate tools, technology, processes and templates and ensure all solutions are built with the learner experience/journey as a priority. These solutions need to be measured, scaled and reported on and where possible blended into the flow of work.

  • To work alongside theLearning Business Partners, HRA & Programme specialists to ensure L&D design, content and campaign requests are created, curated and evaluated in line with the agreed timeframes and meet end user expectations.

  • Leading (or forming part of) L&D project teams by building collaborative partnerships between SMEs, team members and key stakeholders to build and scale effective learning solutions across their area of responsibility whilst driving the delivery timescales.

  • To apply creative thinking and innovative practice that will lead to new technologies and processes being piloted, implemented and their effectiveness evaluated for business impact and their qualitative and quantitative benefits.

  • To continually develop their own knowledge and skills, keep abreast of new learning technologies and market developments, benchmarking our internal technologies against these to ensure best practice is maintained.

  • To support and manage the content design and external vendor partnerships, from sourcing to negotiation, commissioning, and ongoing relationship management.

  • Be able to facilitate effectively in a virtual and face to face intervention to all levels of Booking.com.



Requirements of special knowledge/skills


  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience


  • 5-8 years' of experience in Product/Learning lead


  • Excellent knowledge of learning & development and technologies combined with the ability to deliver pragmatic and impactful solutions. with cutting edge methodologies


  • Excellent knowledge of learning technologies, theories and instructional design models (e.g. ADDIE/SAM/Agile)


  • Skilled in developing storyboards, scripts and instructional text to meet learning objectives


  • Experience in developing blended programs and learning campaigns


  • The ability to react swiftly and adapt plans quickly to meet business needs


  • Ability to drive relationships and collaboration across different levels of the organization, obtain buy-in, and achieve success in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.


  • Excellent communication & influencing skills combined with a strong ability to navigate in a complex environment.


  • Strong commercial acumen


  • Demonstrable experience of dealing with and prioritizing complex business requirements within a multi-project programmes.


  • Strong interpersonal skills, flexible and a positive attitude.


  • Strong project management and organizational skills within both a waterfall or agile environment with excellent attention to detail.
