We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Process/Business Analyst. This role will be responsible for the successful delivery of a dedicated workstream within a large cross functional program. This workstream will be focused on mapping out the future business processes & data lineage end-to-end across the Accommodation Business Unit, Fintech & Finance. Subsequently focus will shift to critically reviewing the mapping to ensure optimal design of the future processes & data lineage with clear ownership & responsibility amongst teams. As the final step there will be a full risk assessment performed of the future processes & data lineage with appropriate mitigating controls implemented.



Your goal is to structure, plan, coordinate, and enable departments to execute the mapping of business processes & data lineage and subsequent risk assessment process. You will also work closely with teams to identify improvement opportunities in the future business processes and create innovative solutions to realize our strategic objectives.



We seek a strong stakeholder manager who will take full ownership and accountability for the workstream combining traditional and modern project management methodologies while also being hands-on in documenting & uplifting the future E2E business processes & data lineage.



B.responsible - Program Management



  • Responsible for the timely delivery of a dedicated workstream within a large cross functional program.


  • Scoping, planning and defining success criteria aligned with business objectives for workstream project delivery.


  • Understand milestones and impediments. Tracks and report progress, manages overall timelines, dependencies, risks & issues & monitor interdependencies (within & outside project).


  • Create clear project plans together with involved departments and collaborate with cross functional teams to identify & build action plans.


  • Apply change management processes and tools to build a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.


  • Enable team members & leaders from involved departments to make quality decisions.


  • Hold project members accountable for the delivery of their part of the project.


  • Engage stakeholders at all levels inside and outside of the organization.



B.responsible - Business Process Management



  • Map out the future business processes end-to-end for the product/s intended to be launched within this large cross functional program.


  • Identify improvement areas with a view to ensure long term scalable processes, removal of tech debt, streamlined processes across teams.


  • Agree on a roadmap for implementation of improvement areas in consultation with SME Leads & Department Leads utilising a formal Change Request process to obtain approval, commitment & prioritise.


  • Work alongside process owners to document a RACI for the future processes to ensure roles & responsibilities are clear.


  • Work alongside process owners and the risk & control department to perform and document the process risks.


  • Work alongside process owners and the risk & control department to determine mitigation strategy for identified process risks.



B.skilled



  • Proven track record in managing the full end-to-end project lifecycle on technology and business projects.


  • Proven track record in Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Process Improvement, and leading projects within a diverse stakeholder field.


  • Strong knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies & proficient in end-to-end business analysis techniques


  • Advanced proficiency in tools such as: process mapping (e.g. Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio) & project management Tooling (e.g. JIRA)


  • Ability to work with, drive collaboration, influence, and align with multiple stakeholders across all levels of the organization.


  • Proven ability to simplify complex areas.


  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent organizational agility and able to meet tight deadlines and prioritize in a rapidly changing environment.


  • Skilled negotiator who focuses on win-win solutions to tough challenges .
