Team overview

Welcome to the Partner processes team at Booking.com. We are a team that is dedicated to crafting, governing and improving processes that proactively support our business strategy and ensure we deliver a compliant partner base. We ensure that the company remains having a license to operate, while ensuring our internal teams are able to continuously support our accommodation partners. We will balance internal needs with a drive to deliver a seamless partner experience.

As a team, we are positioned in the heart of the Accommodation business unit and are responsible for all partner processes used to ensure our partner base is compliant. We do this for all programs where we need to obtain additional information from our partners. Over-time, we will ensure we create an area where we are able to showcase that we are in control to internal and external stakeholders and regulators.

What we bring to the table is our ability to understand the various requirements coming to Booking.com, translate these into efficient and effective processes, and present the key metrics to our stakeholders. In this, we use our knowledge of process management and ability to deliver impact driven process excellence to the organization.
