Senior Product Specialist (For independent contractors)
The Talent Acquisition Product Systems Senior Specialist is an expert in the recruitment HR product area, specifically Workday Recruitment, Paradox and Hiredscore, accountable for the requirements gathering, solution design, coordination of the configuration and deployment with other system teams or third parties, and the implementation and adoption of the solution.
The Talent Acquisition Product Systems Senior Specialist works closely with functional SMEs and Process Owners to understand business operations, analyze technology issues and identify improvement opportunities, which then are translated into technology solution designs based on tooling and market best practices.
Responsibilities:
Good understanding of all recruitment technology, specifically Workday, Paradox and Hiredscore
Functional expert to provide oversight and hands on support for the deployment of WD recruitment, Paradox and Hiredscore
Lead discussions and be able to challenge the status quo throughout the phases of the deployment to ensure we are delivering a product that meets the business needs as well as the best technology aligned to our strategy
Ensure alignment and sign off on tech requirements by stakeholders, that meet needs of business and aligned to the tech strategy
Ensure alignment on all downstream systems are taken into consideration during the implementation
Ensure the IT infrastructure is compliant with GDPR legislation, IT Security standards and IT Architectural design principles
Work with the Senior Product Systems Manager and People Systems Architects to ensure solutions are flawlessly integrated into People Systems and technology landscape and roadmaps and overall Booking.com ERP architecture and roadmaps/plans
Work closely together with functional owners and People Technology teams (System Architecture, Digital Hub, Application Management and Integration) to ensure maximum value delivery through solution adoption and continuous improvement activities
Requirements:
Very strong process and technology expertise within the given HR product area
Bachelor degree
Minimum 5-8 years of experience
Relevant skills and knowledge of Recruitment Systems (ATS/CRM) and/or Enterprise systems (Workday)
It would be advantageous to have experience with other HR information systems, preferably with cloud solutions (e.g. ServiceNow, Docebo, Workday, SAP, Mulesoft, etc.)
