Treasury Specialist- Banking Platform Administration (For independent contractors)
Please note, this is an 8-month assignment for freelancers.
The pay rate is 35-63 EUR/hour.
The Specialist - Treasury Banking Platform Access Operations plays a key role in the daily resolvement of Banking Platform Tickets relative to user access administration raised by end users, in line with the established controls and procedures.
Banking Platform Management scope: 45 Countries, 21 Banks, 430 users.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has extensive experience with the administration of users on Banking Platforms which are available globally.
The candidate has significant experience in collaborating with different internal stakeholders and external banking partners to ensure seamless business continuity, adherence with internal procedures and (SOX) controls.

Responsibilities:
1. User Access Management & Support
Create and manage user profiles on bank platforms in accordance with internal controls and business requirements.
Assist users with password resets, token activation, and access issues.
Provide guidance on required documentation (e.g., notarized ID, utility bills) for onboarding to bank platforms.
Liaise with banks to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures for user onboarding.
2. Bank & Platform Migrations
Lead and coordinate bank portal administration, including managing KYC updates, access provisioning, and internal communications.
Work with users and banks to transition access efficiently while minimizing disruption.
3. Access Governance & Compliance
Create and update access profiles within bank portals to align with role-based access controls and business needs.
Ensure internal policies are adhered to with regard to approval limits and authorization levels.
Perform quarterly SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) controls to verify accurate user provisioning and deprovisioning in banking platforms.
Conduct quarterly access reviews across investment platforms to validate that only authorized personnel have access.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration & Ticket Management
Manage ticket flows related to bank access and Treasury Middle Office operations, ensuring timely and accurate resolution with all users setup on the respective banking platforms
Collaborate with the Banking Team to maintain up-to-date company documentation across all bank portals.
Act as a point of contact for internal teams regarding banking platform queries and process guidance.
