As the Change and Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for defining the Change and Implementation strategy for Tech Standards and supporting the Jira Rollout across Booking.com.



Responsibilities:



  • Develop and update the Global Tech Standards + Jira Strategy continuously.


  • Set clear direction and objectives for the team and steer towards achieving these goals.


  • Serve as an advisor to change leaders to help them achieve business strategy and priorities.


  • Lead the coordination of change efforts across the team, ensuring alignment with the vision.


  • Liaise with senior stakeholders to support business planning and advise on change fatigue.


  • Drive awareness and adoption of effective change management principles and practices.


  • Work closely with Tech Standards WoW to define and drive effective collaboration and alignment between teams.


  • Work across silos to ensure change timing, understanding, and management of contentions.


  • Build consensus around best practices in change management.


  • Continuously drive initiatives to improve the implementation processes.



Specific to Jira Rollout:



  • Support the rollout of Jira as a single project management tool to increase productivity, ease collaboration, and reduce complexity and cost.


  • Ensure centralized reporting across Booking.com by facilitating consistent use of Jira.


  • Collaborate with departments to gather business requirements and tailor the rollout plan.


  • Facilitate the decommissioning of other project management tools.


  • Provide training and support on Jira utilization and best practices.


  • Align responsibilities for configuring and maintaining Jira with product and technical teams.


  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the rollout process.



Required Skills:



  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.


  • Excellent organizational and influencing skills.


  • Ability to work across diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.


  • Proficiency in change management principles and practices.


  • Familiarity with Jira and agile methodologies.


  • Experience in managing large-scale change and implementation projects.



This role requires a proactive and dynamic individual capable of driving significant change and ensuring the successful implementation of Tech Standards and the Jira Rollout at Booking.com.
