The pay rate is 65-120 EUR/hour.


We are seeking a Change Manager to support our Booking.com wide Operating Model Transformation. The program aims to transform our organization for our long term success. We focus on three key areas:


1. Innovating Smarter - by continuing to modernize our tech, we will accelerate the adoption of AI and automation, enable more personalized, high-impact solutions and build a more scalable foundation that will allow us to innovate effectively and at speed.


2. Increasing our speed and agility - by cutting complexity and empowering teams to make quicker, smarter decisions. By reducing layers and bringing all employees closer to the customer, we’ll become more responsive and agile.


3. Investing Wisely - so we can focus resources on what truly drives value, while maintaining financial and execution discipline. Keeping costs in check will ensure a sustainable business and allow us to reinvest where we can make the biggest impact.



The change manager will be part of the existing Booking.com change management team, reporting to the senior change manager. The role will focus on1 or 2 high-impact Departments and is focused on enabling Department leadership to lead the change. They are responsible for understanding and managing the impact of changes related to organizational design, business processes, culture, behaviors & skills and new ways of working.



Responsibilities include:


- Assessing Change impact to identify high level impacts by audience


- Define and execute Change plan in line with business objectives


- Continuous alignment with Central Implementation planning


- Collaborate with L&D to identify Training resources relevant for the dept


- Provide input to Department Comms to define Department comms plan


- Drive execution of engagement activities to launch the new org and ways of working


- Define change adoption focus areas based on leadership and employee feedback



The ideal candidate has:


- Executed large-scale and complex change programs


- 8-10 years of experience as a dedicated change manager


- Understanding of change management industry best practices, frameworks & strategies


- Strong influencing skills, ability to influence and partner with leadership and senior management


- Ability to function well within ambiguity and a constantly changing environment


- Clear, concise, and compelling communications (both written and verbal)


- Strong stakeholder management + influencer (VP upwards)


- Knack for simplifying complexity
