Role Summary

We are looking for a pragmatic and experienced Change Manager to lead the change strategy for the Operating Model workstream of our Future Fit Program. This critical program is focused on identifying and resolving friction points within our ways of working to significantly improve the company's focus and speed.

The scope is part of a larger program and will apply a central change framework (incl. narrative, impact-assessment, etc.) and develop change interventions specific to the initiative.

Program Objectives

  • The Senior Change Manager will drive adoption and sustained change across the following priorities:

  • Implement Operating Model components designed to eliminate friction points in day-to-day operations to ensure faster delivery and decision-making.

  • Define and track clear measurements to ensure that behavioral and operational shifts are sustained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with workstream leads to diagnose specific organizational friction points and implement targeted change interventions.

  • Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board for Director, VP and SVP-level stakeholders, providing candid feedback on organizational readiness and executional risks.

  • Establish KPIs and feedback loops to monitor adoption. Define what "success" looks like for behavioral shifts and ensure these are tracked beyond the initial rollout.

  • Apply change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) in a flexible, agile manner that prioritizes results over administrative compliance.

  • Translate complex structural and process changes into simple, compelling narratives that align the organization with the "Future Fit" vision.

  • Identify and manage dependencies across various workstreams to ensure a cohesive experience for employees.

Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years of change management experience, with a proven track record in leading large-scale organizational design or operating model transformations.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and partner with leadership.

  • Skilled in using data to define success metrics and track the long-term sustainability of organizational change.

  • Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and complex stakeholder landscapes.

  • Experience applying agile principles to change management to increase speed and adaptability.

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in management consulting or internal "Operating Model" transformation teams.

  • Background in technology or product-led organizations with a focus on "velocity" as a key metric.
