Digital Marketing Specialist – Employer Branding

Imagine if your job was to sell a culture rather than a product!

We’re looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Global Talent Marketing team on a 9-month maternity cover.

In this global, hands-on role, you’ll support the Recruitment Marketing Lead and Events team in delivering smooth, impactful recruitment marketing campaigns and events. You’ll also contribute ideas and insights to our global employer recognition program, manage updates to our careers website, and take ownership of smaller event deliveries and internal communications campaigns.

This role is ideal for a performance-driven digital marketer who enjoys collaboration, execution, and bringing ideas to life in a fast-paced, international environment.

Your Role

  • Support the Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing Lead and Events team in the planning, coordination, and execution of global campaigns

  • Ensure recruitment events are delivered smoothly by supporting timelines, assets, digital promotion, and on-the-ground coordination where required

  • Take ownership of the delivery of smaller recruitment events, ensuring alignment with employer brand guidelines

  • Work closely with global stakeholders to ensure consistent use of employer brand assets across campaigns and events

  • Support the global Employer recognition program by contributing insights, ideas, and digital campaign support to increase engagement and visibility

  • Manage and update the careers website using WordPress, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand standards

  • Support internal communications campaigns related to talent marketing, events, and employer brand initiatives

  • Assist with social media content planning and execution for employer brand channels, including campaign support and performance tracking

  • Use data and insights to support reporting, optimisation, and continuous improvement across campaigns and channels

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within an international company

  • Hands-on experience with WordPress and a solid understanding of digital marketing channels

  • Comfortable supporting multiple campaigns and senior stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong execution skills

  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities

  • Fluent in English with excellent copywriting skills and a sharp eye for grammar and spelling

The maximum payrate for independent contractors is 75 EUR/hr.
