The Organizational Transformation Coach will play a pivotal role in driving this journey: building leadership capabilities, removing barriers, from creating the engagement from the top, setting up the team level part of the transformation for success and helping us live our values as we continuously improve how we deliver customer and business value.
Role Description
The Organizational Transformation Coach drives the agile leadership transformation across senior-most levels of the organization, including C-level and Executive Leadership Team (ELT). This role enables the mindsets, behaviors, and operating models required for enterprise-wide agility. Acting as a strategic enabler and trusted advisor, the coach works closely with the Transformation Office, Change Lead, and Agile Coaches to guide the successful adoption of business agility at scale.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Coach C-level and ELT members in adopting agile leadership behaviors, decision-making practices, and system-level thinking to foster an empowered organizational culture
Collaborate with the Change Lead to co-design and implement the agile transformation roadmap, ensuring top-down alignment with organizational strategy and customer value
Enable portfolio-level agility by guiding senior leadership in agile planning, OKR alignment, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination
Facilitate leadership offsites, workshops, and systemic design activities to reinforce agile principles and adaptive organizational structures
Advise senior stakeholders on governance, funding, and operating models that support lean delivery, fast feedback, and autonomous decision-making
Partner with Agile Coaches and ELT to bridge strategic intent with execution, driving alignment around shared outcomes and scalable practices
Establish executive-level coaching plans, metrics and feedback loops to measure transformation progress and highlight organizational impediments
Build psychological safety and trust with leadership through empathy, skilled facilitation, and emotionally intelligent communication that challenges and supports growth
Bring thought leadership and hands-on experience from multiple large-scale transformations to guide systemic change across the enterprise
Grow the internal senior agile coaches to ensure continuity and mitigate long term reliance risk
Communication
Cooperates and collaborates continuously with: C-level Executives, Senior Vice Presidents, Change Lead
Engages frequently with: ELT (VPs, Senior Directors), Agile Coaches
Occasional interaction with: HR/People team and external experts
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
Substantial job knowledge with 12+ years of relevant experience
Demonstrated expertise in coaching executive leadership in agile values, lean portfolio management, and cultural transformation
Deep understanding of agile and lean principles, complexity thinking, and systems design
Skilled at applying frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Flight Levels at scale, pragmatically adapting to context
Experience in portfolio planning, value stream mapping, organizational design (e.g., Team Topologies), and OKR facilitation
Exceptional facilitation, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills, particularly at the executive level
Background in Product, Engineering, or Organizational Design is advantageous
